Dong Yi is a historical drama set in the Joseon Dynasty of Korea. This show follows a young woman named Dong Yi who rises from the lowly position of a maid into becoming a concubine of the King's harem. She faces numerous obstacles along the way but never loses her determination or her innate sense of morality. Episode 32 is another great addition to the series that keeps viewers on the edge of their seats.

The episode starts with Dong Yi taking care of her son, the Crown Prince, who is recovering from a serious illness. However, she soon learns that the increasing tension between the factions in the palace is reaching a boiling point. The Noron faction, which favors the Crown Prince's brother Prince Yeoninggun as the next king, is determined to remove Dong Yi from her position and discredit her in the eyes of the King. They use every trick in the book to try and turn the King against Dong Yi, including framing her for a crime and accusing her of witchcraft.

Meanwhile, the Crown Prince's health takes a turn for the worse, and Dong Yi is desperate to find a cure. She turns to Lady Jang, an expert in traditional medicine, for help. Lady Jang is initially hesitant to get involved, as Dong Yi and Lady Jang have a complicated history. However, she eventually agrees to help, and her expertise leads to a breakthrough in the Crown Prince's treatment.

As the situation in the palace grows more and more tense, Dong Yi realizes that she can no longer protect herself or her son solely by relying on her own intelligence and wits. She must ally herself with someone who holds real power within the palace. Her first choice is Queen Inhyeon, whom she has always respected and admired. However, Queen Inhyeon has her own problems to deal with, as she is also caught in the middle of the palace politics. Dong Yi turns to the Dowager Queen, the mother of the King, who is a shrewd and powerful figure within the palace.

The Dowager Queen has her own reasons for wanting to help Dong Yi. She has come to see Dong Yi as a positive influence on her son, the King, and an important asset to the stability of the palace. She offers Dong Yi her protection and support, which is a huge relief to Dong Yi, as the Noron faction is circling like vultures, waiting for her to make a misstep.

As the episode comes to a close, the Crown Prince's health improves, and Dong Yi is grateful for the combined efforts and expertise of Lady Jang and the Dowager Queen. However, her relief is short-lived, as the Noron faction makes a bold move that threatens everything she has worked so hard to achieve. The episode ends on a cliffhanger, leaving viewers eagerly anticipating the next installment in this exciting and compelling story.

Overall, episode 32 of Dong Yi is a tense and suspenseful episode that keeps viewers on the edge of their seats. The political intrigue within the palace is at an all-time high, and Dong Yi is facing more challenges than ever before. However, her determination and resilience are as strong as ever, and viewers can't help but root for her as she fights to protect herself and her son.
