Kim Zolciak Biermann is back for another season of Don't Be Tardy as we follow her and her family's hectic lives. In season four, episode twelve, entitled "Empty Nest," the Biermann household is in a transitional period, with the older kids growing up and leaving the family home.

The episode begins with Kim and husband Kroy preparing for their trip to Buffalo, New York, where Kroy will be playing in a football game with the Buffalo Bills. They're excited to spend time together and get away from the stress of their busy lives. Meanwhile, their oldest daughter, Brielle, is preparing to move out on her own. She's found an apartment in the same building as her best friend, and she's excited to start this new chapter in her life.

The family dynamic is changing, and Kim is struggling to adjust to the idea of an empty nest. She's proud of Brielle for finding her own place and taking responsibility for herself, but she admits that it's hard to say goodbye to her first-born. Kim discusses her feelings with her mother, Karen, and her sister, who reassure her that it's natural to feel sad as her children leave the nest.

As the family packs up Brielle's belongings, they reminisce about old times and share hugs and tears. Although it's an emotional moment, they're all excited for Brielle and the opportunities that await her. Brielle, meanwhile, is ready to start decorating her new apartment and making it her own.

Back in Buffalo, Kroy is focused on the game ahead. He's starting for the first time in three years, and he's determined to do his best. Kim is nervous for him, but she's also excited to see him play. They spend time exploring the city and enjoying each other's company before the big day.

At the football game, the Biermann family cheers Kroy on from the sidelines. It's a close game, but Kroy's team emerges victorious. Kim and the kids are overjoyed, and they celebrate with Kroy after the game.

The episode ends with Kim reflecting on how far her family has come and the challenges they've faced together. She's proud of her children for growing up and moving forward with their lives, but she knows that she'll always be there for them whenever they need her.

Overall, "Empty Nest" is an emotional and heartwarming episode that showcases the Biermann family's love and support for one another. It's a reminder that even when things change, family always comes first.
