The episode begins in Nashville, Tennessee, where James visits a truck called "Grilled Cheeserie." The truck's menu is centered around grilled cheese sandwiches, but with a twist. James samples the "Pimento Mac & Chee," a sandwich that includes homemade pimento cheese and macaroni and cheese stuffed between two slices of bread. He also tries the "B&B," a sandwich with bacon and balsamic caramelized onions.

Next, James travels to Austin, Texas, to visit "Mighty Cone." The truck serves a unique combination of ingredients in a tortilla cone. He also samples the "Hot & Crunchy Chicken Cone," which features fried chicken tossed in a spicy and crunchy coating.

In Portland, Oregon, James visits "Big-Ass Sandwiches." The truck is known for its oversized sandwiches, like the "Miss Piggy," which includes roast pork, prosciutto, bacon, cream cheese, and pickles. James also tries the "Beaumont," which is made with grilled cheese sandwiches used as buns.

Moving on to Los Angeles, California, James visits "Lobsta Truck." As the name suggests, the truck serves lobster rolls. James tries the traditional lobster roll, which includes Maine lobster meat, butter, and lemon on a grilled roll. He also samples the "Lobsticle," a lobster tail on a stick served with dipping sauce.

Finally, James visits a truck called "CK's Real Pit BBQ" in Paducah, Kentucky. The truck serves up classic BBQ dishes, including pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. James tries the "Monstrous BBQ Sandwich," which is filled with all of the meats and topped with coleslaw and pickles. He also samples the "Loaded BBQ Nachos," a dish that includes BBQ meat, cheese, and jalapeƱos.

Throughout the episode, James gives insight into the history and inspiration behind each food truck. He also shares tips and tricks for how to best enjoy the food at each location.
