The episode is titled "Miami Mia" and it takes viewers on a mouth-watering adventure as they discover some of the best street food Miami has to offer.

The first food truck featured in this episode is called "Mr. Good Stuff". The host James Cunningham talks with the owner, David Ruiz, who is known to put a twist on traditional American comfort food. He began operating this food truck, inspired by his grandmother's cooking. David's menu is creative, and in particular, the 'Mac Attack' burger catches James' attention. This dish consists of a savory beef patty layered with macaroni and cheese and bacon inside a buttery brioche bun. David's food truck offers many other options like the 'Fried Chicken Alfredo Tacos' and the 'Cheese Steak Egg Rolls'.

Next, James heads to 'Da Burger Shack', a food truck known for their giant and juicy burgers. James meets with owner Christopher Phoenix, who explains that they don't just make any ordinary burger, but a 'foodgasam'-- a burger that will make you experience an orgasm through your taste buds. One dish that catches James's eye is the 'Bacon-maple milkshake' which is topped with crispy strips of bacon. Furthermore, they offer an Americanized version of a classic Jamaican dish: 'Oxtail Mac and Cheese'.

For the third stop on the Miami food truck tour, James visits the 'HipPOPs Handcrafted Gelato Bars' truck. The concept is simple, HipPOPs offers healthy, delicious, custom-made ice cream bars that are perfect for any event or craving. James chats with owner Anthony Fellows who explains why they chose to make handcrafted gelato bars on a stick. These cold treats are offered in unique flavors, including Nutella, dulce de leche, chocolate mint, peanut butter, and much more.

Later, in the episode, James visits the 'Mr. Bing' food truck, which offers an Asian twist on a Latin American dessert called 'lechon asado'. The owner, Kelvin Natural Slush, talks about how 'Mr. Bing' has a healthy and savory option for people with a sweet tooth. The traditional ball of ice is replaced with an Asian shaved ice, and topped with fresh tropical fruits and a drizzle of condensed milk. James makes sure to try different flavors like strawberry, pineapple, watermelon, and durian.

The final stop on the Miami Mia tour is the 'Jefe's Original Fish Taco & Burgers' food truck, which offers a unique menu that combines seafood with burgers made from scratch. James catches up with owner Jack Garabedian who talks about how Jefe's is a tribute to his mother’s homemade cooking. Jefe’s offers a fusion of flavors drawn from Jack's roots: California, Mexico, and Armenia. One signature dish, the 'Shrimp Burger' which is made using a juicy shrimp patty, along with avocado and pico de gallo. For the viewers who are looking for a fiery bite, there's the 'Baja Taco' which comes with crispy fried shrimp, smoky chipotle sauce, cabbage, and lime.
