Ep 3. Compass

Tom and his team continue their search for survivors, but their hopes are dwindling as they come across more and more abandoned towns. Meanwhile, the 2nd Mass has a new problem on their hands as a group of children wander into their camp. The children fear their parents have been taken by the aliens and are reluctant to talk, but with some coaxing, they reveal that they have a compass that belonged to their father. The compass is a key piece of technology that can help the resistance locate the Skitters' main base and potentially turn the tide of the war.

Tom and his team make it their mission to find the Skitter base, but encounter obstacles along the way. The survivors navigate dangerous territory and must make difficult decisions while on their journey. Back at the camp, Anne takes a leading role in treating the wounded and Maggie must confront her past when a familiar face arrives at the camp.

Tensions rise between some of the survivors as they attempt to plan their next move and establish a sense of order. Meanwhile, Ben is struggling with his new abilities and begins to realize that there may be unforeseen consequences to his transformation.

As the episode progresses, the survivors must confront their fears and come to terms with the harsh realities of their situation. The stakes are higher than ever as they inch closer to the Skitter base and prepare for a potential attack.
