Firebreather is a series that is centered on the life of a teenager who was part dragon and part human. This guy is known as Duncan and due to his nature, he finds it difficult to integrate himself with other normal kids who are fully human especially at school where all his attempts to behave and act like an ordinary kid are frustrated until he found out it was not going to be easy for him to do so or even impossible.

The idea about the series stemmed from the series of events in a book which was full of fun and laughter. This book was written by Phil Hester and Andy Kuhn publishing was done by Image Comics and it was directed by Peter Chung.

The series is broadcast on channels like cartoon network.

It all started when Duncan went to school on the very first day and saw himself struggling to adapt to the school environment and mingle normally as others did though he looked different physically. It was quite challenging for him especially as some people got in his way specifically the head teacher of the school who did not want Duncan in the school and a certain guy who was known as Troy who always intimidated Duncan. Despite these two who hated him he had a few friends in class.

Back home his father Belloc was also putting him through training as he wanted him to be well equipped with certain skills and it was not an easy procedure for him being trained by a father as strict and serious as Belloc.

Back in school Duncan accompanied his classmates and their teacher on a tour to a few cities and countries during which they learnt about the history of a certain saint that had been created to be a fighter. This turned out to be his teacher who on realizing wanted to kill Duncan and accomplish his mission but failed.

The series comprised of three Volumes.
