Food Jammers was a cooking show that aired on the Cooking Channel from 2006 to 2008. The show followed three friends - Christopher, Micah, and Nobu - as they created unique and wacky dishes using unconventional cooking methods and ingredients. Christopher, the star of the show, was the creator of the group. His culinary skills were a mixture of science and art, and he always had a mind-boggling idea for a dish. Micah was the music man of the group, bringing his funkadelic beats to the kitchen, while Nobu, the voice of reason, kept things grounded.

The trio cooked up everything from spaghetti and meatballs made entirely out of gummy candy, to a BBQ pulled pork sandwich that was cooked in a car engine. Each episode featured a theme, like "Hangover Cures," "Italian Classics," or "Food on the Fly," and the Jammers would spend the entire episode perfecting their dish for that theme.

What made Food Jammers unique was the group's use of unconventional cooking techniques. One episode had the Jammers cooking up an entire Thanksgiving dinner with only car engines and power tools, while another saw them baking bread with a custom-made solar oven. The Jammers were always up for a challenge and would go to great lengths to acquire the ingredients and tools for their dishes.

The show's production quality was impressive, with each episode featuring stunning visuals and great pacing. Viewers could easily follow along with the Jammers as they created their dishes while also enjoying the humor and camaraderie between the three friends.

Throughout the show, the Jammers would also feature special guests, like chefs or fellow food enthusiasts, who would come in and contribute their expertise to the dish of the day. These guests added a nice variety to the show and showed that the Jammers were always looking to learn and grow as cooks.

Overall, Food Jammers was an exciting and entertaining cooking show that encouraged viewers to think outside the box when it comes to cooking. It was a true pleasure to watch Christopher, Micah, and Nobu as they experimented and pushed the limits of what was possible in the kitchen. If you love cooking shows with a sense of humor and a bit of an edge, Food Jammers is definitely worth checking out.

In this episode, we tried to update the flat pizza, taking it out of the Middle Ages and into the modern world, by making it three dimensional. Micah makes a "geodesic dome" pizza, Chris makes the "perfect dice" pizza and Nobu makes a "stairway to cheese heaven" pizza. Ensuring a bountiful flavor, we make our own personalized wood fired oven that fits into the window like an air conditioning unit, so we can make our specialized pizza any time we want. It's modern, it's convenient and it tastes great.

Feeling limited by the scarce selection of soda pops available at the store, we set out to make our own sodas. What starts out as a simple exercise in old school bottling, with flavors that range from classic root bitters all the way to the fantastical curry melon, morphs into an intricate system of pressurized kegs, a homemade dispensing system and enough tubing to allow us to pull our soda pops from the comfort of our own couch. It's time to go for soda in style.
