Gallery Girls

Gallery Girls is a reality television series that airs on BravoTV. It follows a group of young women from diverse backgrounds trying to make a name for themselves in the competitive New York City art world. The girls experience a lot of work and personal drama as they try to work with each and compete with each other.

Much of the tension and the drama in the show comes from the girls' differences. Some come from rich families while others are struggling to make it on their own in New York City. Chantal and Claudia are two co-owners of an art gallery/clothing store. Claudia is very serious and concerned with keeping the struggling business afloat while Chantal is much more carefree. She spends her time running off on weekend trips with her boyfriend leaving Claudia to manage all the business stress.

Liz is the daughter of a wealthy art collector who uses her father's connections to get her a job. She seriously loves art however, and is trying her best to make a name for herself in the industry. Maggie is her coworker and fellow intern. Maggie is routinely given embarrassing and belittling chores to do by her boss, including such inane activities as counting the pebbles in a bonsai plant.

Angela is a sexually adventurous, independent girl who floats around the art scene. Currently, she is trying to make a name for herself as a fashion and art photographer while trying to date a bunch of different men. She is definitely the most easy-going of the bunch.

Amy is another wealthy girl like Liz who is trying to make a name for herself in the art world. Unfortunately, she is also a bit of a spoiled, party girl who likes to drink and she ends up embarrassing herself in many different situations. Gallery Girls is a reality series with enough humor and drama to keep it interesting.
