Giuliana and Bill is a cable reality show produced by the Style Network. Giuliana is E! news host, and a co-host of Fashion Police with Joan Rivers and Kelly Osbourne. Bill Rancic is a real estate entrepreneur and winner of the first season of NBC's The Apprentice with Donald Trump.

They first met while Giuliana was interviewing Bill and subsequently married. Giuliana & Bill's storybook wedding was shared on the cable network, after which the couple began a reality cable TV show on Style. The real life romantic comedy turns dramatic, as the couple faces everything from career demands and balancing long distance homes, to a very personal battle with fertility and breast cancer.

The couple shares an unflinching view of all of their trials and tribulations. Their attempts at in-vitro fertilization fail, after which the couple received a second blow when Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The third season of Giuliana & Bill was reportedly rated .53, as the highest rating for the series in this season. It was also ranked as the most watched show with 357,000 total viewers. The season finale of December 20, 2010 reached a best rating of a .87 for the series for women from 18 to 49 years old, with a total of 600,000 viewers.

In the show's fifth season opener, Giuliana & Bill share all of the challenges which stem from her recent battle with breast cancer, after which she underwent a double mastectomy. The show has been earmarked by many as an inspiring and brave story that anyone facing the disease can relate to, as well as touching the live of many others.

The couple then announced that they are expecting their first child through gestational surrogate, which means the baby will be biologically both of theirs. On the show it is revealed that the baby boy is due in late summer.

The fourth season of Giuliana and Bill became its most watched season, with over 23% viewers and 11% of women between 18 and 49. The fifth season then out performed the fourth, with over 528,000 viewers. Of those, 283,000 were women aged 18 to 49, while 155,000 among were 18 to 34 years of age.

The couple were married on September 1, 2007 and the fifth season of Giuliana & Bill started airing on April 3, 2012. The show also airs in reruns on the Style Network, in addition to sister networks, Bravo and E!
