'Glee' Fans Push for Naya Rivera in 'Hunger Games' Sequel

'Glee' Fans Push for Naya Rivera in 'Hunger Games' Sequel Let's set aside the Finnick Odair casting rumors for a moment and focus on the other big victor from "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire." The casting of Finnick doesn't seem to be going anywhere currently anyway, and lord knows we all need something to speculate wildly about.

Johanna Mason is the other major character from "Catching Fire" that needs to be cast, and a few names have already started to surface. "Glee" star Naya Rivera was one of them... but can we take that rumor seriously?

Rivera, who plays Santana on "Glee," mentioned in an interview that she's a big fan of the Hunger Games series, and how perfectly she thinks she would fit the role of the "badass" Johanna Mason. When Gleeks found out about that, they started a trending campaign on Twitter pushing Rivera for the role.

However, it looks as though Rivera is not in consideration by the production as of yet. Two names have been thrown about: Mia Wasikowska, who is famous for her role as Alice in the recent Johnny Depp/Burton-ized "Alice in Wonderland," and Zoe Aggeliki, who is as newcomer as newcomer gets... she's a model whose only acting credit is in the unreleased "R.I.P.D."

Recent reports have noted that Wasikowska has not been approached for the role, so as of yet it looks like Aggeliki might be the only one considered. Could Rivera, with her much greater celebrity, swoop in and take the role?
