Ep 5. El Cucuy

Nick, Hank, and Juliette have their hands full with a new Wesen threat in Portland. A mysterious creature known as El Cucuy has been attacking and killing members of the Latino community. It seems to be targeting people who are involved in illegal activities, and the police are struggling to catch the killer.

The case becomes even more complicated when the parents of a young boy named David come to Nick for help. David claims that he saw El Cucuy in his room one night, and now he's scared to sleep alone. His parents are convinced that the creature is real, and they want Nick to find a way to protect their son.

As Nick investigates the case, he starts to uncover some disturbing information about El Cucuy. It turns out that the creature is actually a Wesen vigilante who has taken it upon himself to punish members of his own community who have broken the law. And while Nick can sympathize with El Cucuy's desire for justice, he knows that taking matters into your own hands is never the right answer.

Meanwhile, Monroe and Rosalee are dealing with their own problems. Monroe's parents are coming to town for a visit, and they have no idea that he's married to a Fuchsbau. Monroe is nervous about how they'll react when they find out, and Rosalee is determined to make a good impression.

The couple's stress levels only increase when they learn that Monroe's parents are Wesen purists who believe that Fuchsbau should only marry Fuchsbau. Rosalee worries that they'll never accept her, while Monroe is torn between his loyalty to his wife and his desire to make his parents happy.

As the episode goes on, Nick and Hank get closer to identifying El Cucuy and putting a stop to his vigilantism. But they soon realize that the creature has a personal vendetta against an individual within the community, and that El Cucuy won't stop until he sees justice served.

The episode culminates in a tense showdown between El Cucuy and Nick, with the lives of several innocent people hanging in the balance. Nick must use all of his skills as a Grimm to outsmart the creature and prevent any more bloodshed.

In the end, the case is solved and justice is served. Monroe's parents eventually accept Rosalee and welcome her into their family, much to the relief of the newlyweds. And Nick is left to ponder the difficult question of what justice truly means, and whether it's ever justified to take the law into your own hands.
