Ep 3. The Drag Race

Meanwhile, Seth deals with an angry customer who is upset that he sold him a faulty laptop. Seth tries to explain that the customer signed a waiver and should have brought the laptop back sooner. However, the angry customer does not seem to want to take responsibility for the issue and demands a full refund.

The tension continues as the American Jewelry and Loan employees face multiple situations with difficult customers. Another customer is unhappy with the offer they received for their items and demands more money. However, Ashley stands her ground and explains that the offer is fair given the current market value.
