Ep 3. The Yolks on Them

In Hell's Kitchen season 16 episode 3 titled "The Yolks on Them," the remaining contestants are tasked with recreating Chef Ramsay’s signature eggs benedict dish, but with a twist. They have to not only prepare the dish to perfection but also be able to serve it to Chef Ramsay while riding on a bumpy elevator. Chaos ensues as the contestants struggle to balance the plates and keep the poached eggs from spilling all over the place.

Later, the contestants are asked to prepare a poultry dish using different parts of a chicken. Chef Ramsay demonstrates his own take on the dish, which includes a perfectly cooked pheasant breast paired with a creamy puree and a side of asparagus. The clock starts ticking, and tensions rise as the contestants must execute the dish flawlessly while competing against one another.

The final challenge of the day is the dreaded Hell’s Kitchen Relay, where the contestants must work together in a relay-style format to prepare a meal for 100 guests. Each team member has a designated task, whether it be chopping vegetables or cooking the main protein. The pressure is on as the teams race against the clock to complete the dish and present it to Chef Ramsay for his critique.
