Ep 2. Ink

The episode “Ink” is the second installment of Heroes season 4. It opens with Claire trying to deal with the aftermath of her revealing herself as a hero to the world. She is now being treated differently by her peers at college which is making it hard for her to adjust to her new reality. Meanwhile, Peter is still trying to find out why he has lost his powers. He enlists the help of a new character, Emma, who has the ability to see sound.

Elsewhere, we see Sylar who has managed to impersonate Nathan by using his body. He is struggling to suppress Nathan’s memories and personality while at the same time, deal with the events of his past. Tracy, on the other hand, is trying to find out what caused the death of Nathan. She believes that there is more to his death than meets the eye.

The story takes a turn when Claire and Gretchen visit a tattoo parlor and meet its owner, Lydia. Lydia has the ability to see the future through her tattoos. She has many tattoos on her body and each of them has a significant meaning. She tells Claire that she has a special tattoo that can reveal her ultimate fate.

Meanwhile, Peter and Emma are still trying to figure out why he has lost his powers. Emma suggests that he might be experiencing a psychological block. She suggests that he tries to focus and visualize his powers while trying to create music. Emma shows him how to use music to unleash his powers. Peter then manages to move a glass of water using his telekinesis, proving that he still has his powers.

Tracy is still trying to investigate Nathan’s death. She finds a video on Nathan’s phone that shows him meeting with someone but the recording is cut off before she can see the face of the other person. She is still convinced that there is more to Nathan’s death and decides to continue her investigation.

Lydia reveals to Claire that her tattoo is a symbol that represents something terrible that will happen to her soon. Claire is shocked and tries to avoid hearing anymore. Lydia then shows Gretchen a tattoo that predicts a student at Claire’s college will commit suicide.

Claire decides to go to the student and convinces him not to take his own life. While talking to him, Claire sees Lydia’s tattoo on his arm. She realizes that Lydia has been tattooing people and predicting their fate. Claire is horrified and confronts Lydia about what she’s been doing. Lydia reveals that she has been doing it for a long time and that people seek her out because they want to know their future.

Later, Sylar begins to have flashes of Nathan’s memories and realizes that he is starting to lose his grip on Nathan’s personality. Tracy also confronts Sylar in Nathan’s body and threatens to tell the world that Nathan is really dead. Sylar is then forced to kill Tracy to keep his secret safe.

The episode culminates with Lydia revealing a tattoo on Peter’s arm that shows a terrible future event. Peter is then determined to change the future and save the world from danger.

Overall, the episode is intense and action-packed. It introduces new characters and brings back old ones. The plot is complex and reveals more about the characters and their abilities. This episode leaves the viewers anticipating the next installment of the show.
