Ep 8. Shadowboxing

In Heroes season 4 episode 8, titled "Shadowboxing," the stories of the different characters begin to intertwine as they all face their own mental and emotional struggles. Sylar, who is still on the search for his own identity, begins to have troubling hallucinations, leading him to seek help from Matt Parkman.

Meanwhile, Peter Petrelli and Emma Coolidge are both struggling with their own unique abilities. Peter, who can now only hold one ability at a time, is desperate to regain his original power. Emma, who has the ability to create sonic waves, is still coming to terms with the death of her love interest, Joseph Sullivan.

As Claire Bennet continues her training to become a superhero, she begins to realize the dark side of her power. With a desire to be normal, she struggles to come to terms with her own identity and what it means to be a hero.

Elsewhere, Samuel Sullivan's plan to gather all the people with abilities continues as he reaches out to Mohinder Suresh, who has been in hiding since his own abilities were exposed. And finally, Hiro Nakamura and Ando Masahashi travel to India in search of a woman who holds the key to their adventure.

As the season progresses, the various storylines begin to connect and intersect, leading to a climactic season finale that will leave viewers on the edge of their seats. "Shadowboxing" sets the stage for the intense and emotional journey that the characters will take as they continue to discover who they are and what they are capable of.
