Ep 3. Behind the Back

In the third episode of the second season of Hit The Floor, titled "Behind the Back," tensions between the Devil Girls and the players of the Los Angeles Devils basketball team continue to rise. The episode focuses on Ahsha Hayes, a Devil Girl dancer who is struggling to balance her loyalty to the team with her growing feelings for Derek Roman, the team's star player.

As the episode opens, Ahsha finds herself caught in the middle of a feud between two of the other Devil Girls, Jelena and Kyle. Jelena is the captain of the Devil Girls and sees herself as the queen bee of the team; she doesn't take kindly to Kyle's attempts to take the spotlight. Meanwhile, Ahsha is trying to stay out of the drama and focus on her job as a dancer.

Things come to a head when the Devils play a game against a rival team, and tensions between the players boil over. Derek has a particularly bad game, and Ahsha tries to comfort him afterward. Meanwhile, Jelena is dealing with her own problems. She's still upset about Kyle's attempts to steal her thunder, and she takes matters into her own hands by sabotaging Kyle's performance during a crucial game. This puts the Devil Girls in a difficult position, and Ahsha must decide where her loyalties lie.

As the episode progresses, we begin to see more of the behind-the-scenes machinations that drive the world of professional basketball. There are power struggles between the team owner and the coach, tensions between the players and the management, and a constant battle for control between the Devil Girls and the rest of the organization.

Despite all the drama, however, the dancers of the Devil Girls continue to work hard and put on incredible performances. In the end, it's their talent and dedication that wins out, as they unite to overcome the challenges they face and come together as a team.
