Hollywood Residential is a television series that aired on Starz from 2008. The show is centered around Tony King, a struggling Hollywood producer who is tasked with creating a reality television show. The premise of the show is that King has been given a budget and a crew to create a reality show that follows the lives of struggling actors in Hollywood. Each episode of the show follows the crew as they set up and try to film the actors in various ill-conceived projects.

The show stars Adam Paul as Tony King, the hapless producer who is in way over his head. He is joined by David Ramsey, who plays Lenny, the overeager production assistant who is constantly trying to impress King. Lindsay Stoddart plays Chloe, King's ex-wife who is constantly trying to sabotage his efforts, while Eric Allan Kramer plays Rusty, the tough-talking cameraman who seems to know more about Hollywood than the rest of the crew combined.

The show is a mockumentary style comedy that is full of exaggerated characters and situations. The actors who are featured in the show are all struggling and desperate for their big break. They are often seen auditioning for ridiculous roles, such as the lead in a low-budget horror film or a part in a rock musical about the life of JFK.

The crew often finds themselves in difficult situations, such as when they have to film a scene with a notoriously difficult d-list actor who demands that the crew cater to his every whim. In another episode, King comes up with a harebrained scheme to cast a homeless man as the lead in a new sitcom. Chaos ensues as the crew tries to get the disheveled man to learn his lines and act accordingly.

Throughout the show, King is constantly struggling to keep the crew focused and motivated. He is often seen berating his staff and threatening to fire them if they do not complete their tasks on time. However, he is not above participating in the ridiculous antics that the crew gets themselves involved in. At one point, King dresses up as a giant chicken and tries to hawk DVDs of his latest film to passersby on Hollywood Boulevard.

Despite its over-the-top humor, Hollywood Residential also manages to poke fun at the reality TV genre itself. The crew is often seen manipulating situations and events in order to make them more dramatic and entertaining for the cameras. In one memorable episode, the crew sets up a fake fight between two of the actors in order to generate more interest in the show.

Overall, Hollywood Residential is a hilarious satire of both Hollywood and the reality TV industry. It is full of outrageous characters and situations that will make you laugh out loud. If you're looking for a show that will make you forget about your troubles and give you a good laugh, then this is the show for you.
