Ep 15. Love Thy Neighbor

Victoria Chase is at the door, with a memory from her past coming back to haunt her. A young man named Wes, her former neighbor, had a huge crush on her, but she always managed to evade his advances. However, now he's all grown up and has just moved in next door with his girlfriend. To make matters worse, his apartment is a bit too close to Victoria's liking, with the windows facing each other. Victoria can't bear the thought of seeing her former admirer on a daily basis outside her window, so she devises a plan with the girls to finish Wes off once and for all. Melanie, Joy, and Elka all take up the responsibility to put an end to Victoria's uncomfortable situation by seducing Wes and driving him out of his apartment.

Meanwhile, Joy is having trouble accepting her ex-husband's new girlfriend, who is a tall, blonde, beautiful bombshell. Joy is concerned that her ex-husband might be getting back at her for their split by choosing a younger, hotter version of Joy herself. So, she enlists Victoria and Melanie's help in investigating this young woman's background and digging up some dirt on her. After a few failed attempts at a stakeout, Joy finally finds out something about the woman from a surprising source that puts her mind at ease.

In another storyline, Elka is up in arms about losing her driver's license. She convinces Melanie to help her take the driver's test again, but soon finds out that it's not as easy as it used to be. After attempting the test multiple times, Elka finds herself still without a driver's license. However, she finds out that she still has an ace up her sleeve in the form of her friend, Fred, who can pass her off as someone else and help her get a license eventually.

The episode concludes with Victoria, Joy, Melanie, and Elka all conspiring together to get Wes out of his apartment and move far away. They put their seduction plan into action, and Wes soon finds himself overwhelmed with too much attention and forced to move out of his current apartment with his girlfriend. Victoria is pleased as punch, as her past is finally laid to rest and she can go back to her regular life, not having to worry about her windows facing Wes' apartment anymore. Meanwhile, Joy is happy that her concerns about her ex-husband's girlfriend are laid to rest, and Elka gets her driver's license back, thanks to Fred's help.

Overall, the episode is a witty, funny, and at times provocative look into the lives of four quirky women who are trying to navigate the ups and downs of life in Cleveland.
