The guy who loses the previous two challenges has to wear a hidden earpiece and say or do whatever the other guys tell him to, without any hesitation. The unsuspecting victims range from customers at a mechanics' garage to people using the public bathroom.

The last challenge is the ultimate test of how far the guys are willing to go to embarrass each other. On the way to an embarrassing presentation, they have to stop off for a bathroom break. The rules are that they have to make eye contact with the person in the next stall, say hello, and strike up a conversation. Whoever refuses to do so loses. The punishments? A public speaking punishment that only a heartless person could conjure up.

Overall, "Bathroom Break" is one of the most entertaining episodes of Impractical Jokers. The cast is in top form, and the seamless blend of pranks, punishments, and challenges makes for an engaging and hilarious half-hour of television.
