Tragic New Details: 'Jackass' Star Ryan Dunn Officially Very Drunk During Fatal Accident, Driving 130 M.P.H. Say what you will about Roger Ebert (and boy, have you ever). He may have been too early to say it, but the man was right. "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn was officially hammered when he crashed his Porsche into a grove of trees driving 130 mph, killing himself and friend Zachary Hartwell.

According to the Daily Local News, "West Goshen (PA) Police Chief Michael Carroll said Wednesday that 'Jackass' star Ryan Dunn's blood alcohol content (BAC) was more than twice the state's legal limit at the time Dunn crashed his Porsche Monday morning, killing himself and his passenger. Carroll said Dunn's BAC was .196 at the time of the accident. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is .08."

Carroll also said "no other substances were found in his blood other than the alcohol."

Over the last day, other disturbing information and pictures have emerged regarding the accident. If you're squeamish, or if drunk driving pisses you off, you may want to stop here.

Here's what we know so far:

The Accident:

According to West Goshen Police, Dunn was travelling at around 130mph in a 55mph zone, when his Porsche 911 flew off the road and crashed into trees at 2:30 a.m. on Monday morning.

Both Dunn and Hartwell died of "blunt and thermal trauma due to a motor vehicle accident” and the police said that “the nature of the deaths was accidental."

According to the report, the accident was so violent that it was impossible to determine whether they died from the initial impact of the crash or the fireball.

Chief Carroll told RadarOnline "I've never seen a car destroyed in an automobile accident the way this car was even before it caught on fire. The automobile actually came apart. It was unbelievable and I've been on a lot of fatal accident scenes. This is by far the worse I've ever seen."

Before the Crash:

Dunn and Hartwell were drinking heavily for several hours at Barnaby’s of America, according toThe Daily Mail.

In an interview with the British pub, friend Thaddeus Kalinoski said he saw Dunn drink four shots of whiskey (picklebacks – or whiskey shots followed with pickle juice) and several beers. Dunn reportedly was buying picklebacks for the bar throughout the night.

Kalinoski says that Dunn drank "at least four shots of Whiskey" and "a number of beers" on Sunday night, and said that his friend Dunn was "the life of the party."

"He was drinking quick. He ordered for the entire bar. The crowd was just pouring in. It was a massive party, with people everywhere, drinking."

Despite all this, he erroneously surmised that Dunn "didn't appear drunk" when he left.

I guess he was looking at a different guy than the one shown in pictures from that night.

About the Other Victim, Zachary Hartwell:

Zachary Hartwell, the 30-year-old passenger killed in Dunn's sports car (in the black shirt), was a former Navy Gunner's Mate who had been on two tours of Iraq, according to RadarOnline.

Apparently, “Ryan’s girlfriend Angie was a bridesmaid at Zachary and Rachel’s wedding; now they are both widows, it is too sad for words. The family is angry that the accident happened and they want to find-out exactly what went wrong."

According to TMZ sources, the pair had originally intended for Dunn to drop Hartwell off, then Dunn was going to meet up with another friend to continue partying.

Bam Margera’s Premonition:

“Jackass” co-star Bam Margera, who was in Arizona during the time of the crash, told local news station WTXF that he had a premonition of the accident before he received the news.

"At 12:30 [local time], I just started punching out the windows of the rental van and ripping out the speakers, and I don't even know why," he said.

"I wasn't mad at anything or anybody. If it was 12:30 there [in Arizona], that means it was exactly when he crashed."
