More than ten years after the success of the major film, a 13 episode series of the same name was created for youths between the ages of 10 to 15. Several venturing teens come across a lighthouse that propels them into biblical times. They learn about a loving God while they meet with such people as Gideon, Naomi, Ruth, Samuel, Saul, and King David.

In the first two episodes, you'll meet Gideon who becomes a judge of the Israelites. Gideon didn't seem the heroic type and yet, God asked him to save the land from Nomadic dwellers who wrecked crops and killed people.

Teens discover an old lighthouse which transports them back to Biblical times where they interact with timeless characters.In Episode 10: "The King Needs Help," King Saul is slipping into mental illness, but he won't accept help from his family or from the prophet, Samuel. God Leads Samuel to secretly anoint a new king who will eventually take Saul's place.
