Jumong is a Korean historical drama television series that aired from 2006 to 2007. Set in the ancient Korean kingdom of Goguryeo, the show follows the life of Jumong, the founding king of the kingdom. The show spans over 81 episodes, and each episode delves deeper into the intricacies of political, social, and cultural issues prevalent in that era.

Episode 50 of Jumong is equally intense and gripping, as the previous episodes. The episode starts with Jumong planning to launch an attack on Buyeo, a powerful kingdom that had been supporting Goguryeo’s enemies. However, his army gets attacked by Buyeo’s soldiers, and the fight begins. The battle is fierce and intense, with both sides taking heavy casualties. Jumong, determined to win, rallies his soldiers and leads them into the thick of the fight. They fight bravely and fiercely, but the Buyeo army proves to be a tough opponent. In the end, it’s the brilliant tactics of Jumong and his generals that ultimately secure the victory for Goguryeo.

However, the victory comes at a great cost. Many of Jumong's soldiers lose their lives, and the aftermath of the battle is devastating. Jumong personally goes to visit the wounded soldiers and mourn the loss of those who perished in battle. It's a poignant and sad scene, with Jumong expressing heartfelt emotions and grief for his fallen comrades.

Meanwhile, Daeso, Jumong’s half-brother, continues his machinations to gain more power and control. He plots against his own father Geumwa, the King of Goguryeo, to undermine his authority and turn the people against him. He manipulates his allies and enemies alike to achieve his goals, and his true nature as a treacherous villain becomes more apparent with each passing day.

On the other hand, So Seo No, Jumong's love interest, continues her quest to locate the missing book that holds the key to the Goguryeo language. She enlists the help of General Ohyi in her mission, and together they journey to the place where the book is rumoured to be hidden. However, getting to the book won't be easy, and they face many obstacles along the way.

The episode ends with a cliffhanger, leaving the audience on the edge of their seats. We see a shocking turn of events that changes the entire course of the show, setting the stage for an even more intense and dramatic showdown between Jumong and his enemies.

In conclusion, Jumong is a show that will keep you engaged from start to finish.
