Just Jordan Season 1 Episode 13 - Piano Stressin':

Jordan has a big piano competition coming up, and he's feeling the pressure. He's been practicing for hours every day, and his fingers are sore and tired. Worse yet, he's not sure he's really ready to compete against some of the best piano players in the state.

As Jordan gets more and more stressed out about the competition, he starts to take his frustration out on his family and friends. He snaps at his little brother, argues with his best friend Tony, and even yells at his mom when she tries to offer him some advice.

When Jordan's piano teacher, Mrs. Park, notices how tense Jordan is getting, she calls him in for a heart-to-heart talk. She reminds him that the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the experience of playing music, not just to win. Mrs. Park also gives Jordan a few relaxation techniques to try, including deep breathing and visualization exercises.

At first, Jordan is skeptical that anything can help him relax. But when he tries the techniques, he finds that they actually do make him feel less stressed. He decides to share the exercises with his family and friends, hoping that they can benefit from them as well.

As the day of the competition approaches, Jordan tries to stay calm and positive. He practices his routines with renewed energy, and even takes some time to teach Tony a few of his favorite pieces. By the time he walks onto the stage to compete, Jordan feels confident and ready.

The competition is intense, with many talented players vying for the top spot. Jordan plays his heart out, putting everything he's learned into his performance. When the judges announce the winners, Jordan is thrilled to find out that he's come in third place.

Although Jordan didn't win the competition, he feels like a winner anyway. He's learned important lessons about how to handle stress, and he's realized that it's not just about winning or losing. Playing music is something he loves to do, and he knows that he'll continue to do it for the rest of his life.
