Kenny vs. Spenny is a reality-based game show which ran on the the American cable network USA from 2002 to 2003. In each episode, friends Kenny Hotz and Spencer Rice, face-off in various competitions against each other. The loser of each contest is given an embarrassing humiliation they must complete on either themselves or another person.

  • It's a battle to see who can hold off a boner the longest, as Kenny and Spenny must wear tight underwear at all times. Kenny tries to come on to Spenny in an attempt to arouse him, while Spenny keeps denying that he secretly has a thing for Kenny.

  • This competition sees Kenny and Spenny in an eating contest of sorts, except they can only eat meat exclusively. While Kenny eats just about everything in sight, Spenny tries a more conservative approach.
