In season 3 episode 13 of Kitchen Nightmares, renowned chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay revisits some of the restaurants he previously helped in the past.

In the first segment, Ramsay returns to the restaurant Campania, located in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. When he visited the restaurant previously, he found it to be disorganized and the food to be subpar. During the revisit, Ramsay discovers that the menu has expanded and the restaurant has been receiving positive reviews. Ramsay is delighted to see the progress that Le Bistro has made since his intervention.

In the next segment, Ramsay returns to the restaurant Casa Roma, located in Lancaster, California. During his first visit, Ramsay found the restaurant's food to be bland and the decor to be outdated. He helped the owner, Nylah, to update the menu and to renovate the interior of the restaurant. He helped the owner, Abby, to update the menu and to improve the work ethic of the staff. During the revisit, Ramsay discovers that the restaurant has continued to improve and has been receiving positive reviews. Ramsay is thrilled to see the success that Down City has achieved since his intervention.
