In the second episode of season 5 of Kitchen Nightmares, renowned chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay travels to Montclair, New Jersey to tackle the struggling Italian eatery Leone's.
Upon his arrival, Ramsay is immediately struck by the restaurant's dated decor and lackluster ambiance. He is also confronted by a feuding family who are unable to work together effectively and have allowed their personal disputes to infect the running of the restaurant.

However, as he slowly begins to make progress and turn the restaurant around, the family begins to see the value of his expertise and begins to work together more effectively.
In the end, Ramsay manages to transform Leone's into a successful and thriving restaurant, with a streamlined menu, improved kitchen practices, and better communication between the owners and staff. Despite the initial challenges presented by the feuding family and poorly functioning business, his expert guidance and tough love ultimately result in a successful turnaround.
