In season 2 episode 6 of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta titled "Making a Scene," tensions continue to rise among the group. The episode opens with Mimi and K. Michelle having a heated discussion about the state of their friendship. Mimi confides in her friend Ariane that she no longer trusts K. Michelle and believes she may be spreading false rumors about her.

Meanwhile, Stevie J is dealing with the aftermath of his fight with Joseline, who has left town. He meets with his friend Benzino and admits that he still loves Joseline and wants to make things right with her. However, Benzino warns him that Joseline has a temper and may not be willing to forgive him.

Elsewhere, Rasheeda and Kirk are still struggling with their marital issues. Rasheeda meets with a lawyer to discuss the possibility of getting a divorce, and Kirk tries to win her back by throwing her a lavish party.

The episode also features the introduction of two new cast members, Traci Steele and DJ Baby Drew. Traci is a radio personality and Baby Drew is a music producer, and they are currently in a relationship. They attend a party together where they meet some of the other cast members and quickly become embroiled in the drama.
