The Danger Zone episode of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta season 4 begins with the introduction of a newcomer, Jessica Dime, a rapper from Memphis, as she prepares to launch her career in Atlanta. Meanwhile, Karlie Redd, a long-standing cast member, is back and stirring up drama as she starts a new relationship with Yung Joc, who she hopes will further her music career. However, Karlie's ex, Benzino, is not happy about this and is determined to make her life difficult.

Another new addition to the cast, Tiarra, arrives in Atlanta with her sights set on stealing Scrapp DeLeon away from his current girlfriend, Tommie. However, Tommie is not going down without a fight and confronts Tiarra head-on.
As the episode progresses, tensions and drama continue to escalate between the cast members. Karlie's ex, Benzino, confronts Yung Joc about his relationship with Karlie, leading to a physical altercation between the two men. Meanwhile, Joseline's behavior becomes increasingly erratic, leading to concerns amongst the other cast members about her well-being.
