Ep 8. Master Mistakes

In Love It or List It season 12 episode 8, titled "Master Mistakes," homeowners are faced with the difficult decision of either renovating their current home or selling it and finding a new one. She plans to redesign the kitchen by knocking down a wall and creating a more open concept. She also wants to redesign the living room to make it more spacious and inviting. In addition, Hilary plans to create a master suite on the second floor by combining two bedrooms and adding an en suite bathroom.

As the episode progresses, the homeowners must weigh the pros and cons of each option. They must decide whether they want to sell their home and find a new, modern house or renovate their current home to better fit their needs.
