Ep 15. Hungary Heart

After a successful World Championship in Japan, the Rock girls return home to The Rock to start preparing for the next competition. Lauren, still recovering from her surgery, is frustrated with her slow progress and feeling left behind by the other girls. Meanwhile, Payson and Sasha clash over the best way to train and prepare for the next competition. Sasha wants them to focus on the basics and perfect their skills, while Payson wants to push the limits and try new, more difficult routines.

As the tension between Sasha and Payson builds, Lauren sees an opportunity to advance her own agenda. She comes up with a plan to prove to Sasha that she's ready to compete again and win him over to her side. But her plan backfires and she ends up in a dangerous situation that could jeopardize her entire gymnastics career.

As the girls prepare for their next competition, they face new challenges both in the gym and in their personal lives. Kaylie struggles with her feelings for Austin and her commitment to Leo. Emily deals with the aftermath of her relationship with Damon. And Payson must confront her fears and doubts, both on and off the mat.
