Next, Adam heads to a local food truck that serves some of the best barbecue ribs in town. The food truck is run by a group of friends who are passionate about cooking delicious food. Adam samples a plate of well-smoked ribs that fall right off the bone, along with sides of coleslaw and mac and cheese. Adam then visits a famous French-inspired bakery, where he tries out some of the most delicious pastries and baked goods that Austin has to offer. The owner of the bakery is a master baker, and his creations are as beautiful to look at as they are to eat. Adam samples some of the most famous pastries such as croissants, chocolate tarts, and macarons, along with a freshly baked baguette.

After satisfying his sweet tooth, Adam visits a popular Tex-Mex restaurant that serves some of the best enchiladas and queso in Austin. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and Adam enjoys some of the best Mexican food he has ever had. He tries some of the spiciest queso dip, made with a blend of different cheeses and secret spices. The challenge consists of eating a giant bowl of nachos, filled with beef, beans, cheese, and other toppings. The bowl is so big that it takes up an entire table! Adam takes on the challenge to finish the gigantic platter of food within an hour. Can he finish it, or will the food defeat him?
