After his meat-filled adventures, Adam visits Loblolly Creamery, a gourmet ice cream shop in Little Rock's SoMa neighborhood, to sample some of their unique and creative flavors. He tries their salted caramel and dark chocolate sorbet, as well as their blueberry basil goat cheese ice cream and white chocolate lavender ice cream. Adam is impressed by Loblolly's commitment to using locally sourced and organic ingredients, and declares their ice cream some of the best he's ever had.

The episode ends with Adam visiting the Whole Hog Café, another beloved BBQ spot in Little Rock, to try their whole hog sandwich. This massive sandwich is filled with juicy pulled pork, cole slaw, and barbecue sauce, and Adam can barely fit it in his mouth. He also gives their famous banana pudding a try, which he proclaims one of the best desserts he's ever eaten.
