The episode also introduces new characters, including an American businessman named Jimmy Dillon (played by actor Sacha Dhawan) who comes to London to do business with Harry. We also see the return of old characters, including Agnes Towler (played by actress Aisling Loftus) who is now working for another rival store.

As with all Masterpiece episodes, the production design and costumes are top-notch, capturing the elegance and glamour of the early 20th century. The acting is exceptional, with Piven delivering a powerful performance as Harry, capturing the character's complex emotions and inner turmoil.
