Mary's plans for a Beverly Hills guesthouse are put on hold when she discovers her client is getting a divorce and selling the house. In Hollywood, Martyn is thrown into a panic when he hears of a potential issue with Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne's new apartment. Meanwhile, Jeffrey teams up with his boyfriend/business partner on a Malibu restaurant project; and Kathryn has a birthday party and is fashionably late.
