He has the all American boy next door look, with a fashionable business feel. Josh Altman not only sells real estate but also flips properties himself, and has run a real estate mortgage and finance company. His bright smile and charm makes him a fierce negotiator. Josh has a natural poker face, and it works for him in the high end real estate market.

Josh Flagg is the over the top agent of, "Million Dollar Listing." Known for his outrageous broker's opens and flamboyant personality, Josh is one of the most successful agents in California. His expertise focuses mostly on the Beverly Hills are. Josh started selling real estate right out of high school and has never looked back. The show not only shows Josh's innovative, unique marketing style but also follows his relationship with his partner Colton, and his eccentric grandmother Edith Flagg.

"Million Dollar Listing," is more than just the average reality television show. It follows the real estate market in California as well as the personal lives of its young stars. Watchers not only get entertained but also get a little schooling on the subject of real estate investment by some of the top professionals.
