Ep 1. It Was Panning

Miranda season 3 episode 1, titled "It Was Panning," picks up where the second season left off, with Miranda and Gary's will-they-or-won't-they relationship still on hold. As always, the episode is full of Miranda's trademark moments of physical comedy and fourth-wall-breaking humor. Whether she's making faces at the camera or falling off a ladder, Miranda's antics keep the laughs coming throughout the episode.

But despite the comedy, there are some more serious themes at play in "It Was Panning." Miranda's struggle to move on from her past relationships and Penny's loneliness both hit on very real emotions that many viewers will be able to relate to. The show manages to balance these serious moments with its usual dose of irreverent humor, making for a very entertaining episode.
