Ep 3. The Cold

The Cold is the third episode of the sixth season of the hit family sitcom, Modern Family. In this episode, the Dunphy-Pritchett-Tucker clan faces the consequences of their actions when everyone starts falling ill with a cold.

As the day wears on, the family's symptoms only get worse, and they start to turn on each other. Claire accuses Phil of not taking care of himself, while Jay and Gloria argue about whose cold is worse. Manny and Sam have a tense confrontation over their differing attitudes towards sickness, and Cam and Mitchell continue to bicker.

Just when it seems like things can't get any worse, the family learns that they have all been exposed to a highly contagious strain of the flu, and they must all quarantine themselves to prevent the virus from spreading any further. The family is forced to put aside their differences and work together to get through their illness.

In the end, the family emerges from their quarantine stronger than ever, having learned valuable lessons about the importance of taking care of themselves and each other. The Cold is a hilarious and heartwarming episode that showcases the strengths and flaws of the Dunphy-Pritchett-Tucker family while also emphasizing the importance of family and togetherness, even in the face of illness.
