After multiple visits to different doctors, she is finally diagnosed with a rare condition caused by a parasite that is contracted through contact with animals. The doctors suspect that her exposure to her pet cat may have triggered her condition. She undergoes a long and painful treatment process that ultimately leads to her recovery.

The fourth and final story takes us to the jungles of Central America, where a group of men contract a parasitic infection after bathing in a nearby river. They are infected with the guinea worm, a rare but dangerous parasite that feeds on the host's body and leaves painful lesions as it replicates. The men must undergo a complex and painful process to extract the worms from their bodies, involving the use of ginger root to force the worms out.

Throughout the episode, the viewers witness the incredible strength and resilience of the human body, which can withstand incredible odds and survive against all odds. The stories presented are a haunting reminder of the fragility of human life and the importance of proper medical care.
