Ep 1. Suicide Attackers

In the first episode of season 2 of Monsters Inside Me, titled "Suicide Attackers," viewers are introduced to three cases of unsuspecting victims who become host to deadly and often parasitic invaders.

It is there that a worm is discovered inside her intestines, and it quickly becomes clear that Jasmine has been infected with a parasite during her travels.

Finally, the episode takes a look at the case of a man named John, who has been experiencing strange symptoms for months. John's wife is alarmed when she finds small, dark "grains" in their bed, and she begins to suspect that an infestation may be to blame for her husband's condition. After a trip to the doctor, it is discovered that John has been infected with a parasite that is causing him to experience intense itching all over his body.

Throughout the episode, experts provide commentary on each case and offer insight into how these infections can happen to anyone, regardless of their background or lifestyle. Viewers are also given a glimpse into the science behind these invaders, and how they are able to spread and inflict damage on their hosts.
