Schmidt is running for the position of President of the Loft Tenant's Association and asks Jess, Nick and Winston to serve as his campaign managers. Cece gets jealous of Schmidt's relationship with his personal trainer, thinking that they are seeing each other romantically.

Meanwhile, Coach introduces his friends at the bar to his new girlfriend, but no one seems to like her. The group tries to find a subtle way to get Coach to break up with her. However, they soon find out that Coach's girlfriend has a very unexpected connection to one of the loft members.
