Ep 1. Pilot

A young writer, Nick Garrett, has found success in writing about his hometown of Knights Ridge, Massachusetts. After a decade of living in New York City, Nick returns home to attend his high school reunion. Upon his arrival, he realizes that everything has changed while he has been away. His old friends and family have moved on without him, and he is now an outsider in his own town. Nick realizes that he can't seem to find his way back into the life he once had. As he struggles with feeling out of place and reconnecting with old friends, Nick decides to stay in town and figure out where he belongs. Along the way, he discovers the secrets that his friends and family have been keeping from him and starts to question the choices he has made in his life. The pilot episode sets the tone for the series as we see Nick's journey unfold and the relationships between the characters develop. It's a show about coming home and finding your place in the world, a journey that many of us can relate to.
