Tommy Madigan is the main character of Outsourced season 1 episode 6, titled "Bolloween." Tommy is an American who has been sent to India to manage a call center for Mid America Novelties. In this episode, we get a closer look at Tommy's life outside of work.

Tommy is invited to a Halloween party by his coworker Rajiv. The party is hosted by Rajiv's family, and Tommy is excited to experience some traditional Indian culture outside of work. However, when he arrives at the party, he realizes that it's not exactly what he expected.

First of all, there's no alcohol. Tommy is disappointed, but he tries to make the best of it. He starts mingling with the other guests, but he quickly realizes that he's the only one wearing a costume. Everyone else is wearing traditional Indian dress. Tommy feels embarrassed and out of place.

To make matters worse, his costume is a Bullwinkle outfit, and nobody seems to understand who Bullwinkle is. Tommy tries to explain, but nobody gets the reference.

As the party goes on, Tommy starts to feel more and more uncomfortable. He's not accustomed to the traditional Indian music and dancing, and he can't seem to find common ground with anyone at the party.

Meanwhile, back at the call center, Todd is in charge for the night. Todd is the typical obnoxious American, and he's not well-liked by the rest of the staff. However, he's determined to make the night a success. He's brought in a keg of beer, and he's convinced that he can make the staff work harder and have more fun at the same time.

Eventually, the two storylines converge. Tommy gets a call from Todd, asking for help with a customer. Tommy reluctantly agrees to come back to the call center to help out. When he arrives, he's surprised to see that the staff is having a wild party, with Todd at the center of it all.

Tommy is disgusted by the sight. He can't believe that Todd is leading the staff down this path. He ends up getting into a physical altercation with Todd, which leads to both of them getting fired.

The episode ends with Tommy back at the Halloween party, feeling like he's let his Indian coworkers down. He realizes that he's been too focused on trying to fit in with his American culture, and not enough on trying to understand Indian culture. He vows to make a change, and to try harder to connect with his coworkers.

Overall, "Bolloween" is a lighthearted episode that offers some interesting insights into the clash of cultures that can occur in a global workplace. Tommy is a likable character who is easy to root for, and his struggles to fit in are relatable to anyone who has ever felt like an outsider. The episode also touches on some deeper themes, such as the importance of cultural exchange and the dangers of cultural imperialism. All in all, "Bolloween" is a solid episode that strikes a good balance between humor and heart.
