Ep 13. Just Smile

Sarah receives a phone call that Drew’s school is holding a meeting with her and his father. She panics thinking Drew is in trouble, but it’s actually about his college applications. She feels a little relieved but still nervous about his future.

Meanwhile, Zeek and Camille decide to sell their house after reflecting on their lives together and how much they want to start fresh. They hold a garage sale to get rid of their excess items, and the whole family ends up coming together to help.

Jasmine is upset that Crosby hasn’t been spending enough time with Jabbar, but Crosby is too focused on his music. She suggests they go out on a date night without their phones to connect.

Julia is struggling with getting her boss to listen to her ideas at work, but she takes a chance and proposes a new concept to him. She also dreads the thought of having to give a speech at Sydney’s school, so Joel helps her with her public speaking skills.

Amber decides to pursue her passion for photography and begins taking photos of Crosby’s music, but she gets upset when he doesn’t take her seriously as an artist. She feels like he doesn’t understand how important this is to her.

Throughout the episode, each character faces their own personal struggles and insecurities, but they all come together to support each other and find a way to move forward.
