Watch Players

Players is a partially scripted but largely improvised American comedic television show based on two brothers that couldn't be more dysfunctional as they attempt to run a sports bar together. The show was created by Matt Walsh and airs on Spike TV network. Walsh also plays the role of Bruce, the carefree happy go lucky brother more interested in providing everyone with a place to hang out with friends, eat, drink and be merry as opposed to his boring older brother Ken (Ian Roberts) who would prefer a more subdued restaurant like his former job at The Soup Ranch. Throw in two wacky waitresses (June Diane Raphael and Danielle Schneider), a bartender that lives in the storage room (James Pumphrey) and a retired police officer with nothing better to do than to sit by the bar placing bets on his favorite sports team (Jack McGee) and you've got comedy on the highest level.
