Watch Queen's Blade: Rebellion Online - Full Episodes

Queens Blade Rebellion is another adaptation of the anime within their universe. This 2012 made anime is written by Hideki Shirane, directed by Yousei Morino, and was being produced by the production company ARMS. Episodes of this anime are censored or uncensored depending on the channel or video service that makes them available for viewing. There are 12 episodes in this season and there were eight OVA specials made (last OVA created November 2012). The 12 episodes of this anime are also subbed in English or other languages depending where you watch it online. So far there has not been any news on if the series will be in dubbed English like the previous seasons but it does look likely that it will happen.

The OVA specials were bundled with the visual books for the show (books: Queens Blade Prenium Visual Book & Queens Blade Rebellion Prenium Visual Book). Two of the OVA's were before the events of Rebellion and the final six were about the incidents that happened after.

The story of the show is set after the trials of the first Queens Blade (seasons 1 and 2) and the town of Gainos is under oppressive rule by the last winner of the tournament Claudette (antagonist). One courageous and determined young knight by the name of Annelotte (female protagonist voiced by Aya Endou) assembles a troop of rebels called The Rebel Army to dispose of the cruel ruler, to bring peace back to their beloved continent.

The cast of the show like the other previous seasons has an array of strong women (from many different backgrounds and each with a unique story) that on occasion in the midst of battle suffer from a wardrobe malfunction. Series fans that aren't new to the show will have no problem adjusting to the new setting but for new fans that like action and don't mind mild nudity should give this anime a look.
