Brian, still conflicted over his feelings for Justin, becomes frustrated when he learns that Justin has been seeing someone else. Meanwhile, Michael and David reach a crossroads in their relationship, and Michael starts to question if he is ready for a commitment. Lindsay and Melanie's relationship also faces challenges when their different attitudes towards motherhood are brought to light. And finally, Ted decides to take a break from the gay scene and join a Bible study group, where he meets a new love interest. As the characters navigate through their personal struggles, they must also come to terms with the larger issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community, including homophobia and hate crimes.
