Ep 16. Single White Female Role Model

The second season of Raising Hope continues with an episode entitled "Single White Female Role Model." The episode finds Jimmy starting to feel emasculated by Sabrina, who is successful and independent. When Virginia suggests that Jimmy find a role model, Sabrina suggests her own mom, who is an accomplished businesswoman. However, when Jimmy starts spending time with Sabrina's mom, he realizes that she is not what she seems.

Meanwhile, Burt and Virginia decide to compete against each other to see who can be the better parent to Hope. Burt wants to teach her about nature, while Virginia wants to teach her about city life. Their competition leads to some hilarious hijinks, including an encounter with some raccoons and an unfortunate incident at a street fair.

The episode also features a subplot involving Maw Maw, who becomes convinced that she is a spy, much to the confusion of her family. As she starts to act out her spy fantasies, her family tries to figure out what is really going on with her.

Overall, "Single White Female Role Model" is a hilarious and heartwarming episode that showcases the dysfunctional but loving relationship between the Chance family. As always, there are plenty of laughs to be had, but there are also touching moments that remind viewers why this show is so beloved. So, it is a must-watch episode for all Raising Hope fans.
