Ep 1. Running With The Bull

Daniel Holden is released from prison after nineteen years of serving a sentence for a crime he may or may not have committed. Upon returning to his hometown of Paulie, Georgia, he struggles to readjust to life on the outside. Daniel is haunted by memories of his past and plagued by the constant judgment of the townspeople.

In the first episode of season two, titled "Running With The Bull," Daniel is granted a temporary stay of execution by the state of Georgia, allowing him to continue his life outside of prison while he appeals his case. Despite this small victory, Daniel remains isolated and introspective, struggling to make connections with those around him.

Meanwhile, Amantha, Daniel's sister, confronts the reality of her own life.
