Roseanne is not exactly thrilled with her new neighbor, Kathy, who seems to be too uptight and snobbish for the Conner's standards. When DJ and Kathy's son, Todd, wind up injuring themselves at a construction site, Kathy is quick to accuse Roseanne of being an unfit parent, causing a rift between the two.
