In Mexico City, Lito, a famous actor, is dealing with the fallout from his decision to come out as gay. He is accosted by paparazzi and fans, who are invasive and insensitive about his personal life. Also in Mexico, hernando and Daniela, Lito's boyfriend and his making stead,are planning a Christmas surprise for him.

Elsewhere, Will, a Chicago cop, is still recovering from his recent ordeal and is now being stalked by a former colleague who is working for the same organization that is hunting the sensates. Riley, a DJ from Iceland, is still grieving for her husband and child, who were both killed in a car accident.

Throughout the episode, the sensates continue to have visions of each other and are able to offer each other support and advice. They also get to know each other better, sharing stories, experiences, and cultural differences. The episode culminates in a rousing finale, set at the same Christmas concert that opened the episode.

The sensates come together to perform a song, using the melody they all picked up earlier in the episode. The song is a tribute to their unity, and the performance is a powerful expression of their shared experiences and emotions.
